Welcome to the Bergzeit apartment.
Our house, located in the Plaik district, features two sunny vacation apartments right at the entrance to the Gaistal alpine paradise.
The first apartment, Bergzeit, located on the 1st floor, is approximately 65 square meters in size and features two balconies with views of the mountains, Hohe Munde, and Gehrenspitze.
The apartment is also equipped with a kitchen-living room, featuring various appliances such as a stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, dishwasher tablets, and a filter coffee maker.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a large living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a bathtub.
In the summer, our location serves as the ideal starting point for hikes; you also have access to the Leutasch Adventure Sauna and an extensive weekly program. The free shuttle bus is easily accessible; the stop is just 50 meters from our house.
In winter, you can access the cross-country ski trail directly—it runs right past our house. There is ample parking available for your car, as well as storage space for bicycles and skis.
The second apartment, Mundeblick, is approximately 120 square meters in size and is located on the first floor. It features two bedrooms; one is on the first floor, and the second open-concept bedroom is accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room.
Other amenities include a spacious kitchen-living room with an electric stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, filter and drip coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and an electric bread slicer,
a living room with a tiled stove, TV, and internet, a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate guest restroom, a sunny terrace, and a garden with views of the surrounding mountains, Hohe Munde and Gehrenspitze.
