Vacation apartment Abendsonne

The apartment is located on the first floor of our two-family home. The neighborhood is very quiet.
Winsen, the county seat of Harburg, has a lot to offer: a swimming pool (Die Insel), a downtown area for shopping, the former State Garden Show grounds, a movie theater, restaurants, the Luhe and Elbe rivers right nearby, and much more.
It’s also the perfect starting point for bike rides along the Elbe, through the expansive countryside, or on the Ilmenau Bike Trail, as well as for trips to Lüneburg (10-minute train ride), Hamburg (22-minute train ride), or to the Lüneburg Heath.



Abendsonne Vacation Rental:

The rooms have been freshly renovated and furnished with great care, just as we would want them to be to make us feel at home.
In the living room, you’ll find a large, comfortable sofa that easily seats four people. There’s also a TV with satellite service. The floor is real hardwood parquet.
In the bedroom right next to the living room, there is a cozy double bed measuring 1.80 x 2 meters.
In the second bedroom, you’ll also find a cozy double bed measuring 1.80 x 2 meters.
Both bedrooms have space for a travel crib, which we’d be happy to provide for an additional fee.
Another smaller room features a pull-out couch (1.40 x 2 meters).
The spacious kitchen with a cozy sitting area invites you to cook together and relax.
The small but well-appointed bathroom offers everything you need, including a bathtub.
All windows are equipped with fly screens.
Free parking spaces in the public parking area are available right in front of the house.
You can park your own bicycles in the courtyard.



On-site fees: A 50% prepayment may be charged after booking. The remaining balance must be transferred 10 days before arrival. Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made between 30 and 5 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total price. Later cancellations will be charged 75% of the total price.Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on site. Pets are not allowed. Crib: available (additional charge: €10). Towels and bed linens are included in the price. A damage deposit of 100€ must be paid upon arrival. Weekly cleaning may be charged for stays longer than 1 week (45€ per cleaning).



Check-in is from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
