HOLIDAY APARTMENT AUST'S Dachlünk

Quiet location on a cul-de-sac right in the village. The Aust’s Dachlünk vacation rental is located on a side street off Fasanenweg.

A quiet, modern, and tastefully furnished apartment for 2 people on the 2nd floor of a multi-unit building.

The combined living room/bedroom features a cozy couch. A color satellite TV and a radio are, of course, provided. Free Wi-Fi access is available.
There is also a dining table that seats up to 2 people, perfect for enjoying a cozy meal or spending a fantastic game night.

The kitchen, which opens onto the living room, is equipped with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a refrigerator without a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. Of course, there is plenty of dishes and the usual kitchen utensils available.

The living room features a couch that can easily be used as a sleeper sofa. (140x200 cm)

The shower room, which has a low threshold, offers ample storage space and was renovated in 2022.

You may choose any parking space in the garage, subject to availability.

Smoking and pets are NOT permitted in the apartment!

Rental rates are listed for 1–2 guests; the weekly rates already include final cleaning and a booking fee.
Prices do not include the guest card, as this is a public-law fee unrelated to the vacation rental.

Adding additional guests:
Additional guests added to existing rental agreements will be charged €10.00 per person per day for the entire duration of the stay as specified in the rental agreement, plus the guest card fee and, if applicable, a laundry surcharge.In addition, a contract amendment fee of €15.00 will be charged.

Minimum booking duration:
– High season (Category A): 7 nights
– Off-season (Category B): 5 nights
– Winter season (Category C): 3 nights
– Bookings of fewer than 7 nights are always subject to a surcharge!
