Our lovingly furnished, quiet, and bright apartment with a view of the forest has everything you need to relax in the north: the Wadden Sea right outside the door, a balcony, a sauna, a steam room, a solarium, and a swimming pool.

The saunas, pool, washing machine, and dryer are available to all residents of the building.
This vacation rental is located just a 5-minute walk from the beach. An elevator is available, allowing you to easily reach the apartment. The apartment is approximately 47 square meters and offers everything you need to enjoy your North Sea vacation to the fullest.
The apartment has two bedrooms; the first bedroom is furnished with two comfortable beds (0.80 m x 2.00 m), while the second bedroom has a bunk bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m), making it perfect for families looking for a getaway on the North Sea coast. In addition, the apartment features a living room with a comfortable couch, as well as free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a radio, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
A free parking space is also available on the property.
Its location right next to the Wernerwald makes it an excellent spot for walks.

Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are required to collect the applicable visitor’s tax on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing your reservation.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not included in the accommodation price. If you’d like, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.
We provide the following starter kit for each guest:
- a cleaning cloth
- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ reusable bags
- a dish towel
- a roll of toilet paper
