It’s situated in a charming residential neighborhood, just a few minutes’ walk from the spa town’s main attractions. The vacation rental is right next to the famous Obermain Therme thermal baths—enjoy pure relaxation whenever you like. At the same time, the historic city center, shopping, and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Despite its central location, the quiet surroundings guarantee a restful stay. Our spacious vacation apartment, with 75 m² of living space, offers plenty of room and a friendly, light-filled atmosphere. Thanks to the large windows, you’ll enjoy a bright and inviting ambiance that instantly puts you in a vacation mood. The apartment features two separate bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed and one with two single beds. In addition, there is a spacious living-dining room that not only offers a cozy living area with seating but also includes a sleeper sofa for additional guests. In the separate kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. It’s equipped with a refrigerator, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a dishwasher. The adjoining dining area is perfect for sharing meals and spending time together. The bathroom features a modern design and includes a shower, a toilet, and ample space for your personal toiletries. With its spacious layout and comfortable furnishings, this vacation rental offers the ideal retreat for families, couples, or small groups. Whether you’d like to enjoy relaxing days at the apartment or explore the surrounding area, you’ll find the perfect starting point for a restful stay here. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Check-out is between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 2.50 EUR per person per night will be charged on-site. For youths aged 14–18, the tax is 1.75 EUR. A 100% prepayment will be charged upon booking.
