Casa Concha, vacation home near the sea with garden and private pool, A/C & WIFI

We will be renting out the vacation home “Casa Concha” starting in 2024.
It is a lovely and comfortable house of approximately 150 m², located just a 10-minute walk from the idyllic beach at Roche, and features three bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6 people. The house also features a living-dining area with an open fireplace and a spacious, bright kitchen with modern glass doors opening directly onto the terrace. Here, our guests can enjoy a leisurely dinner in the pavilion overlooking the pool area and then relax with a gin and tonic in the chill-out zone right by the pool. There is also a shaded dining table at the front of the house; on cool mornings, you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the approximately 750 m² garden.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dishes, silverware, drinking glasses, etc. It also features a gas stove with 4 burners, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Should the weather not be ideal, there is also an inviting dining area inside the house that connects the kitchen to the cozy living room (with satellite TV). Of course, the house also has three bathrooms (1 en suite), each with a shower and toilet.
