Welcome to the bright holiday flat on the ground floor, renovated at the end of 2024 - the perfect retreat for 1-2 people! Enjoy direct access to your own sun terrace, equipped with a cosy beach chair, a table and chairs, ideal for relaxing hours outdoors.
The spacious living room/bedroom combination offers you space to relax and unwind. Here you will also find a dining area with an extendable table that offers space for more people - for sociable evenings with friends or romantic dinners.
The comfort sofa bed with Ergoflex slatted frame has a normal bed height and a sleeping area of 180x200.
The separate, fully equipped kitchen (new 2024) is fitted with a fridge with freezer compartment, oven and dishwasher. You will find a filter machine and an electric Bialetti mocha machine for cosy coffee, so you don't need capsules.
The modern shower room was renovated in 2024 and has a rain shower fitting and a hairdryer.
Cable smart TV, a radio with USB and Bluetooth function, a Bluetooth box, a telephone and WiFi provide entertainment.
A bus stop is 50 metres from the house.
NOTE:
Linen packages (bed linen, towels, kitchen linen) can be booked for €25 per person after completing the booking process.
