2-room vacation apartment just outside Berlin, 55 m²

Are you in the mood for a city trip to Berlin, to visit friends or family, or to enjoy Brandenburg’s natural beauty while staying in a relaxed atmosphere? The location of our newly renovated apartment in an older building in Velten offers you just that. The apartment is 55 square meters, modernly furnished, and includes access to the garden. Two highways are just a 10-minute drive away. Berlin is about a 30-minute drive or train ride away. The train station is a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to travel to Berlin or the surrounding area. Street parking is available in front of the building.

The Accommodation
The apartment is located close to the city center and features a very modern, high-quality bathroom with a walk-in shower and a large bedroom with a workspace and a double bed. A travel crib is available for a fourth person. It also features a fully equipped kitchen-living room with a sleeper sofa (sleeping area 1.40 m x 1.80 m) for one additional guest, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table. Internet for working from home and watching TV is also available.
Bedding and towels are included.

Guest access
The apartment is located in a two-family house. Six steps with a handrail lead to the apartment’s separate entrance.

Location Information
Velten is a relaxed place to stay, located just outside Berlin.
Many lovely restaurants, snack bars, ice cream parlors, and supermarkets are within walking distance.
This makes it easy to reach the sights in Berlin and the surrounding area while still enjoying the peace and quiet.
