The open-concept first floor, with direct access to the spacious terrace and beautiful garden, features a cozy living room and dining room, adjacent to the well-equipped modern kitchen.
The first floor also features a “royal” guest restroom.
The patio and the large, fenced-in garden invite you to relax or enjoy a barbecue. Enjoy the sunshine on the lounge chairs while your children and dogs explore the garden.
Upstairs, there are three cozy bedrooms with double beds and smart TVs. The bathroom, an oasis of relaxation, features a walk-in rain shower and a large designer bathtub for two.
When summer temperatures rise, the adjacent swimming lake offers a welcome way to cool off, and the beach bar caters to your culinary needs. Bicycles are available in the garage for you and your children to explore the beautiful surroundings. In just a few minutes, you can reach fantastic recreational activities and breathtaking hiking trails. In neighboring France, you can indulge in culinary delights at cozy little farmhouses, enjoy a glass of French wine, or visit historic monuments. For shopping enthusiasts, two designer outlets are just a few minutes’ drive away.
