Welcome to our beautiful vacation apartment. With 65 m² of space, this is the perfect place for pure vacation bliss and accommodates 4 people.

This modern apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-unit residential building on Neustädter Straße. The pedestrian zone and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away.
Grömitz Beach, with its spa promenade and pier, is also within easy reach.

The coat closet is located in the entryway of the vacation apartment.
From there, you can access the bathroom, which features a shower, toilet, bathtub, sink, washing machine, mirror, and hair dryer.

The separate bedroom is located next to the bathroom and features a double bed (180x200 cm), a large closet, another TV, and access to the balcony. Across from the bedroom is a large sleeper sofa for the 3rd and 4th guests.

The living area features a large dining table with 6 chairs and a cozy leather couch for relaxing evenings. A recliner invites you to relax.
For entertainment, the apartment is equipped with a large TV.

Cooking on vacation? Let’s get started—the kitchen is well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished, and is located across from the dining area. It’s set in an alcove and has an open layout, equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a kettle, and a toaster.

The windows have roller blinds and blackout curtains.

The apartment features two large furnished balconies—one of which even has a beach chair—inviting you to relax and offering a peaceful escape from everyday life.

The apartment is very centrally located. Shopping options are right across the street. A hair salon, massage studio, and beauty salon are also right next door.
