On the first floor, you'll find the living room with a sofa set and a flat-screen TV, as well as the kitchen with a dining area, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, and plenty of cookware and tableware. There is also a guest restroom on the first floor. From the living room, you can access the terrace, which is completely secluded and equipped with patio furniture, lounge chairs, and an awning.
The first floor features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine. You’ll also find two bedrooms here: one with a double bed and a flat-screen TV, and another with a single bed. From the hallway, a steep, space-saving staircase leads to the open-concept bedroom in the attic, where you’ll find two single beds and another flat-screen TV. The house includes a garage; the yard is fully fenced and therefore well-suited for small children and dogs (1 dog allowed; a second dog only by prior arrangement).

Please bring your own bed linens and towels. It is possible to rent linens for a fee; please contact us well in advance (at least 2 days before arrival) to arrange this.
