The holiday apartment is located in the lively centre of Piesendorf, within walking distance of the supermarket, restaurants and public transport.

You can reach the well-known ski resorts of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time by car or ski bus. Kaprun is located near a glacier and, at 3029 metres above sea level, is pretty snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski resort is extensive and fun for beginners and advanced skiers. You have a beautiful view of the lake on some of the slopes. The Kaprun -Zell am See area has no less than 135 km of slopes.

Piesendorf and its surroundings offer excellent hiking with many marked trails in the summer. The region offers plenty of mountain biking, paragliding, rafting and climbing opportunities. Golfers can have a great time in Zell am See. The Golfclub Zell am See is 5 km away. Prefer to take a dip in the pool? The Freibad Piesendorf is 600 m from the holiday home. Head to the water theme park 'Tauernspa' for even more water fun. This can be reached within 6 km.

In Kaprun (4.5 km), there is an e-charging station for cars with six charging stations, including a lounge where you can sit inside. There are also charging stations at the Maiskogel and Areithbahn (ski resorts) car parks
