This modern vacation rental offers plenty of space for up to 3 people to relax after a long day at the beach. The newly built, two-room, non-smoking vacation rental is located in a quiet area of Cuxhaven-Duhnen.
The apartment is on the first floor in the front building of the Vossgarten and features a spacious living area with an integrated kitchenette, a separate bedroom, and a modern shower room.

Through a small entryway, you have access to the shower room with a low-profile shower pan and a window, the separate bedroom, and the open living area with an integrated kitchenette and dining area.
The kitchenette integrated into the living area is equipped with an oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The open living area is also furnished with a single-person sofa bed, a TV, and Wi-Fi. From the living area, you can also step out onto the small terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and invites you to relax.

The separate bedroom features a double bed with a large mattress (160x200 cm), a dresser, and a clothes rack.
A parking space in front of the house is also available for this apartment. Pets are not allowed, and smoking is not permitted in this apartment.

The terrace faces south.

Check-in is available daily from 14:00-16:00 or after 16:00 via the key safe.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m. — return keys to the rental office or via the communal mailbox.
