This stylish penthouse on the third floor offers 76 m² of living space for up to four people and combines modern comfort with a fantastic location. Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, you can enjoy pure relaxation and an unparalleled view of the sea.
The light-filled living area invites you to relax on a comfortable sofa, while a flat-screen TV provides entertainment in the evenings. The adjacent, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare meals—including a Nespresso machine and a blender. The dining area provides ample space for leisurely meals.
Here you can relax to the sound of the sea or end the evening with a convivial barbecue on the electric grill. For ultimate relaxation, a private Finnish sauna is also available for your exclusive use, perfect after a long day at the beach.
The two comfortable bedrooms each feature a box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm) and offer a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. Both rooms are equipped with a wardrobe and blackout curtains to guarantee a restful sleep.
The modern bathroom has a walk-in shower, and there is also a separate guest toilet.
Families and active vacationers are well catered for: You can park your car securely in your underground parking space, and there is a lockable, shared bicycle storage room. Some spaces in the shared bicycle storage room also offer free charging points for e-bikes. A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use in the basement for a fee.
