The guesthouse is located on a quiet side street, yet very centrally in the Partenkirchen neighborhood. Within a radius of about 100 meters, you’ll find a bakery, a bus stop, an ice cream parlor, a movie theater, and restaurants to suit every taste. Partenkirchen’s historic Ludwigstraße, with its beautifully painted houses and traditional Bavarian restaurants, is also nearby. Comfortable vacation apartments with central heating await you. Storage space is available for bicycles and skis. Parking is available on the property. Beautiful walking trails at the foot of the Wank, offering magnificent views of the mountain panorama and Garmisch-Partenkirchen, begin nearby. An ideal starting point for cycling and hiking tours, as well as for leisurely walks and excursions in the surrounding area.

Our ***“Sonja” vacation apartment is a spacious two-room apartment for two people, measuring approximately 40 m². It is located on the first floor, features a large balcony on two sides with furniture, and offers a magnificent view of the mountains.
