Vacation apartment with sauna access

The Almberg vacation apartments are centrally located in Mitterfirmiansreut, just 50 meters from the village square and the ski pass ticket office. On the first floor, there is a sauna (included) and a ski boot room. In winter: the Mitterdorf Ski Center, ski rental, and lift tickets are just 50 meters away; the FIS downhill run and ski lifts are 200 meters away. The Hochficht ski area is 35 km away. In summer: hiking trails, a national park, a swimming lake, and day trips to Passau and the Czech Republic. Local dining options. The 45-square-meter vacation apartment and the approximately 10-square-meter balcony have been lovingly renovated over the past few months. The entire apartment is heated by underfloor heating. The apartment consists of an entryway with a coat closet, a small bathroom with a toilet and shower as well as a Raindancer, a living and dining area including a built-in kitchen, and a separate bedroom with access to the balcony. The dining table, two chairs, and a modern leather bench provide plenty of space for at least four people. The cozy 1.80-meter-wide corduroy couch is perfect for sitting or lying down and can also be used as a sleeper sofa for two people. An adjustable flat-screen TV with various streaming services is also available. The brand-new kitchenette is fully equipped with an AEG induction cooktop and matching oven. The completely renovated bathroom features a shower with a Raindancer, a toilet, a sink, a built-in radio, and a hair dryer. The balcony has been fitted with natural thermally treated ash decking, which is perfect for walking barefoot in the summer. Two rope chairs offer the chance to let your gaze wander over the unspoiled landscape of the Czech Republic. The windows are equipped with fly screens. In the living area, the two windows can be darkened as needed using modern curtains, pleated blinds, or the exterior wooden shutters. The bedroom features a comfortable 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed upholstered in cozy corduroy, rustic nightstands with reading lamps, and another streaming flat-screen TV. An illuminated 200 cm tall closet offers ample space for clothing (including ski gear in the winter). There is also enough space for a travel crib (which can be provided free of charge upon request). A small writing desk provides space for any paperwork. Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM or by telephone arrangement; check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are not allowed. The tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per adult per night and 1.00 EUR per child (ages 6 and up) per night is not included in the total price and will be billed on site. Upon request, we’ll provide you with an “Aktivcard” that offers a variety of interesting discounts (3.95 EUR per day for adults and 2.95 EUR per day for children). Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key box. You’ll receive the code for this well in advance of your arrival. Free Wi-Fi; smoke-free apartment.
