Vacation home in the vacation village Boltenhagen - UBD-37b - Beautiful vacation home with 2 bedrooms

Our vacation homes in the vacation village are located a short distance from Boltenhagen’s white sandy beach, on the edge of the Klützer Bach Nature Reserve. Spacious lawns and mature trees create the impression of an idyllic clearing in the middle of the forest. Yet it’s only 400 meters to the town center, and the beach is just a short walk away. On the edge of the traffic-calmed complex, a large meadow features a playground with a climbing frame, swings, a ping-pong table, and a sandbox—the perfect spot for our younger guests to run and play. Our reception desk at the Residenz Seestern is about a 10-minute walk away. There, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cribs, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety plug covers and children’s toilet seat adapters are available free of charge at the front desk upon request. In addition to the reception desk, you’ll also find a wide variety of restaurants there.

You’ll be staying in a very beautiful 3-room vacation home for up to 4 people with 63 m² of living space. On the first floor: 1 bedroom with twin beds, shower/toilet, and washing machine; living room with a comfortable sofa set and a wood-burning stove; separate dining area; fully equipped kitchen area with dishwasher, TV, mini stereo system with CD player, and a terrace; on the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a storage room; outdoor parking space for a car 10 m from the house.
