Welcome to our cozy vacation rental at Fledderweg 23a. With approximately 50 m² of living space, the apartment accommodates 2 people and is located on the first floor. It features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180x200 cm) as well as a cozy living-dining room with access to the patio and the adjoining garden. There, you can spend some relaxing hours. A lockable shed with an e-bike charging station and a parking space are also available for your use.

For your convenience, the apartment offers Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen with a glass-ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, electric kettle, and much more. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a makeup mirror, and a hair dryer. In the living room, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, a radio, and a Blu-ray player provide entertainment. One dog is welcome.
