The vacation home offers 105 square meters of space for up to 4 people. The first floor features a kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a separate restroom. The attic level includes a separate bedroom, a loft, and the bathroom. The vacation home features an open-concept living and dining area with a cozy sitting area, TV, and fireplace. From here, you also have access to the wooden deck and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. In the attic, you’ll find a beautiful, spacious loft with a library, infrared sauna, foosball/pool table, and a sofa bed. The separate bedroom features a double bed and a single bed, as well as access to the balcony. The bathroom, which is flooded with natural light, features a shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Bed linens, towels, and Wi-Fi are provided free of charge. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements if necessary. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax of 2.50 EUR per person per night (children ages 6–16: 1.25 EUR per night) will be charged separately on site.
