Beautiful villa located on a hill covered with olive trees in the heart of Valdichiana, 1500 meters from Marciano della Chiana, a small medieval village, where there are some restaurants and grocery stores.

From the house the view opens up over the valley to admire Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino and the Montecchio Castle. During the restoration of the villa, signs of the splendor of the past have resurfaced in some frescoes.

The property is surrounded by a large fenced park, where there is a large swimming pool (14x7m, open from May to October), a gazebo with pizza oven and barbecue, and a terrace equipped for "al fresco dining".
