Apartment "garden house with roof terrace"

The architecturally extraordinary apartment has a small courtyard and nice roof terrace was in 2013 newly built and is in our south garden. Anyone interested in a modern and comfortable apartment, is right here.

The garden house consists of three cubes in three levels. In cube 1 and 2 is the apartment in cube 3 sauna with private access and garden views; about the Dachterrrasse of the garden house.

The middle cube is the center of the apartment with kitchen and dining area on the ground floor and living room on the Obergeschß.

The open kitchen invites you to relaxed cooking. It is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space ..
The kitchen equipment is high quality and design products such as the tableware line SOLIDCOLOR from the house DIBBERN, kitchen helpers from MENU, ASA, WMF, LINUM etc. to name a few, equipped. From the kitchen leads into the small courtyard facing south.

The living areas are open plan and light.

From the living room on the upper floor leads to the 16m² large roof terrace facing south, which in the morning invites you to a breakfast and after a busy day at the beach provides the perfect setting for a sun-downer.

TV and radio is received via satellite; CD and DVD are available.

The bedroom (Hülsta) is equipped with a double bed B180cm x 200cm L with single mattresses. Lots of closet space is available to bring one or two more sweater, or a chic evening outfit.
Incidentally Wäschespinne, iron U. board are in the apartment.

The bathroom is bright, friendly and individually furnished and very spacious.

Those arriving by car, a private parking is located directly at the house; Bicycles can be parked in the courtyard.

Tourist tax: High season € 1.80 person / day, Other € 0.90 person / day.

Our summer house is centrally located in the center of Burg in a south-facing garden and is a quiet area.
You can easily and quickly be reached on foot bakery, other shops, restaurants, cafes etc.
