You’ll be spending your vacation in a private vacation home. We’ve put a lot of effort into furnishing it and hope you have a wonderful vacation here in our vacation home. Enjoy your time away and relax! The vacation home has been lovingly furnished, and we hope you’ll find all the furniture and appliances you need.
Your vacation home comes with a parking space marked with your vacation home’s number. You may briefly stop your vehicle on the private driveway to load and unload upon arrival and departure. Access to the vacation home is possible from two sides (both right and left).
The house rules below are intended to help ensure a harmonious stay. To this end, we have established a few rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the vacation home with care, you help us continue to offer you and other guests a pleasant and satisfying stay.
General
You may and should use all furniture and appliances located in your vacation home, on the terrace, or belonging to the property. Please handle all furnishings and equipment with care and treat the vacation home with respect. Please ensure that your traveling companions also comply with the rental terms.
On the day of departure, the vacation home must be swept clean by 10:00 a.m. Used dishes must be washed and put away clean in the cabinets; please remove any borrowed bed linens from the beds. Before departure, place them in a pile on the floor together with used towels.

You’ll find everything a vacationer’s heart desires here: summer, sun, wind, and the sea; green dikes; the Wadden Sea National Park; and, of course, the fresh air and the endless expanse of the horizon.
Located in the Fedderwardersiel Vacation Park, right behind the dike on the North Sea, this charming vacation bungalow, “Am Yachthafen 147,” is perfect for your vacation. The nearest dike access point and the harbor of Fedderwardersiel are just a few minutes’ walk away.
The lovingly furnished vacation home is in excellent condition. There is a parking space for your car as well as bike racks for your bicycles. Satellite TV is, of course, included. On the patio, you can enjoy your meals in peace or soak up the sun in the garden.
The house features a cozy living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is modern and, in addition to a dishwasher, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The garden is bordered by hedges and invites you to linger.
The living area of the vacation home is approximately 65 square meters. The house has a cozy living room, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a modern bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a storage room and a beautiful sun terrace. The living room and bedrooms are separate rooms.
A high chair and a linens package can be added for a fee. If you have any other requests, please let us know.
Price list:
Linen package, includes one large and one small towel, one sheet, one duvet cover, and one pillowcase: 19.90 per person
Dish towels: 0.50 cents each - Shower mat: 2.00 €
Crib, including mattress and linens: 15.00 € per stay
High chair: 7.50 € per stay.
Linen packages, the baby crib, and the high chair, etc., will be charged in cash upon arrival!
Dogs are welcome upon request. If you arrive with a pet, an additional €5.00 will be charged per day. The final cleaning fee increases to €100.00. Please be sure to specify this when booking! These additional costs must be paid on site.
The visitor’s tax is based on the fee schedule of the municipality of Butjadingen and must be paid upon arrival.



On-site costs: Final cleaning and utilities are included in the travel price. The guest fee is charged separately and must be paid on site. Bed linens are available for €18.00 per person, towels (2 hand towels, 1 bath towel) for €9.50 per person, and the linen package (bed linens and towels) for €21.00 per person. If desired, please specify this when booking. A travel crib (without a mattress) can be provided for €19.00 and a high chair for €7.00. One pet is allowed and is welcome for an additional fee of €25.00 per pet. We’d be happy to stock the refrigerator for you before your arrival.



Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00, and check-out is from 10:00 to 10:00.
