Our "Zentral" vacation rental is located just a few minutes’ walk from the town center (distance to the Gröbl-Alm: approx. 2.5 km). Experience cozy comfort and a modern atmosphere in our centrally located vacation rental—perfect for a relaxing vacation in the Alps.
The apartment is on the first floor, is wheelchair-accessible, and offers plenty of space for 2–4 people in its approximately 52 m² of living area. Enjoy relaxing moments on your private garden terrace. Its central location makes this vacation rental the ideal starting point for hikes, bike rides, or a stroll through the picturesque town center. The REWE supermarket and our pedestrian zone at the “Obermarkt” are just about 200 meters away.

Our accessible vacation apartment (approx. 52 m²) on the first floor accommodates 2–4 people and is the perfect retreat for a relaxing vacation in the Bavarian Alps. It’s centrally located (Rahnstrasse 7) and features a private garden terrace where you can enjoy the fresh mountain air.
Amenities at a glance:

• Bedroom: Comfortable box-spring bed (180x200) for restful nights
• Bathroom: Modern bathroom with shower and toilet
• Open-concept kitchen: Open-concept living-dining room with a cozy sitting area and an additional sofa bed (180x200) that accommodates a third and fourth guest. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need, including a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher.
• Entertainment: 2 flat-screen TVs (1 in the living area, 1 in the bedroom) and free Wi-Fi
• Extras: Safe and 1 underground parking space for your vehicle. Free use of the sauna (4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.) in the Gröbl-Alm main building.
Important notes:

• Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the vacation rental.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Check-in and Check-out:

• The vacation rental will be available to you starting at 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
• On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.

On-site fees: A 90% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is to be paid by bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
