The high-quality furnishings were selected with great attention to detail. You’ll find soothing relaxation in your own wellness area. Enjoy an invigorating sauna session or relax in the apartment’s own hot tub—everything in our apartment is designed for relaxation. The apartment’s balcony is equipped with comfortable lounge chairs that invite you to soak up the sun. A towel and linens service is also included. For a fee: You have the option to wash and dry your laundry in the building’s basement.

The listed price is always based on 2 adults and 2 children; additional guests can be accommodated upon request. Amenities include: a bathroom with a sauna and whirlpool tub, a guest restroom, 3 bedrooms, an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen-living room, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, free internet and Wi-Fi, underfloor heating, a safe for your valuables, a large rooftop terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea and high-quality lounge chairs, and parking directly at the house. The bedrooms, each with a double bed, invite you to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen offers every convenience: dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, egg cooker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, baking paper, etc. are all part of our standard equipment. In the living room, you’ll find a flat-screen TV with a DVD recorder, free Wi-Fi to stay connected, and underfloor heating for cozy warmth on cold days.

We place great importance on maintaining high standards of cleanliness! Included in our rate: Bedding is already included in the price, as are electricity, water, heating, all cleaning supplies (including dishwasher tablets), hand towels, shower towels, and sauna towels, as well as table linens, toilet paper, and paper towels. Upon request, we’ll provide bathrobes (for a deposit) in the apartment. A lockable storage room is available for the bicycles you bring with you, and you can borrow a handcart from us upon request.
