The Krabben Koje vacation home is located on Inselstraße in Greetsiel.
The location is quiet yet close to the center of Greetsiel.

The Krabben Koje vacation home (semi-detached house) accommodates 4 people plus a toddler.
Dogs are also welcome here.

The property is fenced in.
The patio furniture invites you to “linger” on the patio.
The windows are equipped with insect screens. A parking space (for up to two cars) is available right next to the house.

It’s about an 8–10-minute walk to the picturesque center of the fishing village of Greetsiel! The “Oase” swimming pool and the supermarket are right nearby.

Room and Vacation Rental Description;
On the first floor is the bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bidet. Next to the bathroom is a storage room with a washing machine.
A fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, etc., is available for shared meals.

The living-dining area is equipped with a color TV.
Of course, we provide our guests with free Wi-Fi (fiber optic). On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed.
A high chair and a travel crib are available upon request.

The house is equipped with a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, an ironing board, and a hair dryer.

The visitor’s tax is calculated based on the length of stay. From March 15 through October 31 of each year, it amounts to the following per day:

a.) for persons 16 years of age and older €2.60
b.) for persons aged 6 and older up to age 16: €0.50

During the remaining period, per day:

a.) for persons aged 16 and older: €1.30
b.) For individuals aged 6 through 16 0.25 €

Persons with a disability rating of 80% or higher receive a 50% discount.
Persons with a 100% disability rating are exempt from the spa tax.
