An underground parking space, storage space in the bike cellar for your bicycles, Wi-Fi, towels, and bed linens are included in the room rate. From here, the tourist highlights located around the large harbor are easily accessible.

A special feature of this apartment: You’re welcome to use a SUP board at your own risk! It’s just a few meters to Lake Banter and the main harbor.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people plus a baby. There are no amenities for small children.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m), a closet, a luggage rack, and access to the balcony. The open-concept living area features a kitchenette, a cozy sofa, and a dining area. You can also access the large balcony from here.

The kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up a meal:

coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator with freezer.



In addition to the shower, the toilet, and the sink, there is also a washing machine and a dryer.



On the covered west-facing balcony, you’ll find patio furniture with cushions as well as two sun loungers.
