Description of the vacation rental:
This approximately 90-square-meter vacation rental has been recently renovated, is located on the first floor, and has its own entrance. With 2 double bedrooms, an entryway, a bathroom, a kitchen with a dining area, and a spacious living room with a tiled stove and a (breakfast) balcony, the apartment can accommodate 4 people.
All rooms are fully equipped; a TV, stereo, internet access, and washing machine are provided, and a crib, children’s bed, or high chair are available upon request. A parking space and storage facilities for bicycles or motorcycles are also provided.
The large garden is available for your use and features seating areas, a barbecue area, a garden pond, lawns, and clusters of trees.

The property is located on the outskirts of Mützenich, just 100 m
away from the RAVELcycling path, and the historic center of Monschau is a 15-minute
walk away.
Otherwise, there are meadows and forests in abundance,
and you can explore and enjoy nature on hiking trails around Lake Rur or in the High Fens on
the German or Belgian side.
Shops
(i.e., for shopping) are not available in the immediate vicinity; the
usual shopping options are located in the neighboring town, about 2–3
km away. However, we offer a bread roll delivery service upon request.

Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is possible from 08:00 to 11:00.
