Here you’ll find a high-quality sleeper sofa, a smart TV, and a light-filled atmosphere thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows. The fully equipped open kitchen offers everything you need for cooking together—including a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and much more. At the large dining table, you can't only eat but also play games, make plans, or simply enjoy each other’s company.

**Sleeping**
Two cozy bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (each 180 × 200 cm) ensure a restful night’s sleep. One of the bedrooms features a smart TV and direct access to the rooftop terrace—perfect for your first morning coffee with a view. Blackout pleated blinds ensure a comfortable night’s sleep throughout the apartment.
