This charming single-family home welcomes you on the first floor with a spacious living
/dining area, where you can make yourself comfortable—whether watching TV or listening to music—on the plush sofa with
a view of the cozy wood-burning stove. The separate built-in kitchen is fully equipped with
a dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker,
electric kettle, toaster, etc., and thus allows you to prepare your own meals if desired. You can enjoy your meals together at a large dining table, or—during the warmer months—on the seasonally furnished terrace with a beach chair and an adjacent lawn. In addition, the first floor features a modern, natural-light-filled wellness bathroom with a sauna (for a fee), shower, and toilet.


A curved staircase leads you to the upper floor, which features 3 separate
bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, and 1 with a single bed)
. Ideally, this floor also features a modern bathroom with natural light, including a
bathtub, walk-in shower, sink, and toilet.


Comfort amenities also include a washing machine, iron, ironing board, and a hair dryer.
Two outdoor parking spaces are available to you free of charge during your stay.

Please also note that the sauna located on the first floor of the house is available for
your relaxation. The barrel sauna in the garden is not available.
