Apartment 16 - Gateway to the sea II

This luxurious apartment has approximately 79 square meters of living space and features, on the lower level, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a spacious dining area with views of the ocean and the surrounding greenery, designed like a sunroom. Bathroom with shower and toilet (washer and dryer), bedroom with a comfortable double bed. The studio on the upper level features a living/sleeping area (sleeps one) with a view of the North Sea through the panoramic skylight and access to the rooftop terrace with views of the lighthouse, the Oberland, and the dunes. Wi-Fi, TV (3 sets), and a radio/docking station are available. Bedding and towels are included and are changed during longer stays.



“Gateway to the Sea” is a new developmentproject with a total of 25 residential units on the outskirts of the Oberland, offering views of the North Sea and the green Oberland. All apartments feature either a rooftop terrace, balcony, or patio, high-quality furnishings, in-floor heating, and a controlled ventilation system. Twenty apartments are available for rent as vacation rentals. The Heligoland Bird Observatory is right next door.



Check-in is available from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00, and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
