Our Vacation Rental 1 is located on the first floor of the house and offers 48 m² of space for 2 people. It features 1 bedroom, 1 living room with a dining area and kitchenette, and 1 bathroom with a shower. The west-facing balcony, which overlooks Füssen’s Old Town, is furnished with balcony furniture and a parasol. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a coffee pod machine. Dish towels are provided.
Upon departure, please leave the apartment swept clean and with washed and dried dishes and silverware; trash must be disposed of properly. Additional cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left excessively dirty.
The vacation apartments are located in a single-family home in the Weidach spa district, one of the best and quietest residential areas in Füssen. There is a large lawn in front of the house, and the Lech riverbank is only 80 m away. The view of the Allgäu mountains and the old town, which is illuminated in the evening, invite you to relax. It’s just a 10-minute bike ride to Lake Forggensee and the famous Festspielhaus, and about a 10-minute walk to the old town, with its restaurants, shopping, and charming pedestrian zone. We are a pet-free, non-smoking household.
On-site fees: Check-in from 3:00 p.m., check-out by 10:00 a.m. A linens package (bed linens, 1 guest towel and 1 shower towel per person) can be added upon request for €15 per person per week. Please specify this when booking. Parking, a lockable bike shed with charging stations for e-bikes, and Wi-Fi are available free of charge. The visitor’s tax of 3.00 € per person per night (ages 16 and up) is charged separately. Pets, smoking, and vaping are not permitted. Smoking and vaping are not permitted either inside the apartments or on the balconies of Ferien Fuchs.
Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
