Vacation apartment with a relaxation area in the garden

Our 80 m2 vacation rental features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a cozy living room with a sofa and a smart TV, and a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. An additional bedroom with a smart TV, a double bed, and a separate toilet is located in the basement. The bathroom features a shower, toilet, and sink. In the garden, a dining area, relaxation zone, sunbathing area, and barbecue area invite you to unwind. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. For arrivals after 11:00 PM, 100% prepayment is required. Access is via a personal PIN. Check-out is between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. You will receive the access code for the front door and apartment door well in advance of your arrival. Pets are allowed for a fee of 10.00 EUR per pet per night. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and garden. Free parking space (additional parking available nearby). Electric vehicle charging station just 100 m away. Bike storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes. Portable air conditioner for comfortable temperatures. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
