Swedish house on the edge of the forest with garden and covered terrace in a quiet location

A beautiful two-story vacation home with a well-designed floor plan and a bathroom with a shower on each floor. The lower level is wheelchair-accessible and can be reached via a ramp as well as the stairs. The lower bathroom is also wheelchair-accessible. The property is located right on the edge of the forest, with direct access to the woods along a quiet, little-traveled road. Parking is available right next to the house. Large garden with old apple trees and several flower beds. Heating and hot water are provided by electricity or a wood-burning stove. The small town of Alsterbro is an 8-minute drive away and offers shopping options. The coastal city of Kalmar, with a full range of shopping options, is a good 45-minute drive away. The surrounding lakes are also just a good 5-minute drive away. Some bicycles are available at the house, and others can be arranged. Boat rentals are also available. LTE mobile internet is available at the house. Check-in is possible at any time by arrangement. Since we do not offer a cleaning service, we ask every guest to leave the property in the same condition as they found it. The beds are made with waterproof mattress pads and protective sheets. Please bring your own bed linens and towels. Please leave the protective sheets in place for the next guest and do not remove them. If you notice any issues, please feel free to contact us; we’ll address them as soon as possible. Sometimes you’ll also need to take into account how the previous guest left the property. We’re on-site regularly to check that everything is in order, but we still ask that you contact us if you notice any issues.
