Welcome to our 4.5-room corner townhouse.

This modernly furnished apartment offers 110 m² of space for up to 6 people.

The dining room, kitchen, entryway, and guest bathroom are on the first floor.
Here’s what you’ll find on the first floor:
The living room with a TV and games.
The bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet.
The bedroom with a king-size bed and a large closet

Here’s what you’ll find on the second floor:
The blue room with a 1.40-meter-wide bed, an open closet, a dresser, and a TV.
The bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
The yellow room with a 1.40-meter-wide bed, closet, desk, and TV.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. On the TVs, you can watch Magenta TV, with up to 140 channels available for free.

The rooms were renovated and furnished in 2025.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, and dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker and everything you need for cooking and dining.

The parking spot is right in front of the side door and is free of charge.
Next to it, there’s space for smokers or a few chairs to enjoy the fresh air.

There is a washing machine in the basement, and we can also turn on the freezer upon request.

The main and side entrances are well-lit at night by the streetlights across the street.
