Newly renovated semi-detached house with garage and garden
Welcome to your beautiful temporary home!
We are delighted to present this newly renovated and furnished semi-detached house. A place of relaxation and well-being awaits you here, where you will feel at home from the very first moment.
On the ground floor, the cosy living room with its comfortable couch, soft cushions and blanket invites you to linger. The Ambilight TV stands on a mobile chest of drawers, which allows you to orientate it either towards the dining area or the sofa. The living room also has a large dining table with comfortable chairs and a bench.
The new kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, combined fridge and freezer, microwave, extractor bonnet and a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules, as well as all other kitchen utensils. The utility cupboard contains an iron, ironing board and automatic wiper for dry and wet cleaning. A small seating area for two people invites you to enjoy a cosy breakfast or coffee in the morning sun.
There is also a hallway with a large cloakroom and guest WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a 1.80 metre wide bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Next to the bedroom is a small storage room with additional shelves.The bathroom has a walk-in shower and in the study you can work or read in the cosy wicker armchair.
The flooring in the hallway, guest WC, kitchen and bathroom is made of light grey, easy-care stone.
The unpretentious south-west facing garden has a spacious terrace with table, chairs and parasol.
The house is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet residential areas of Haan. The city centre with its shopping facilities and cosy restaurants can be reached quickly.From here, you can also explore the picturesque landscape of the Bergisches Land or take trips to nearby cities such as Düsseldorf, Cologne or Wuppertal.
You can park your car in front of the garage directly adjacent to the house or on the street.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Es handelt sich um ein sehr ruhiges und attraktives Viertel von Haan. Es ist fußläufig zur Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof gelegen. Zudem gibt es in der näheren Umgebung, direkt das Ittertal, das immer zu einem Spaziergang einlädt.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
Wir haben uns bemüht, ein Zuhause auf Zeit zu schaffen, in dem man sich wohl fühlen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, wenn uns das gelungen wäre!
