Holiday home by the lake

The small property has plenty of parking spaces, green areas, various hedges, fruit trees and conifers.
A basketball hoop and a foldable table tennis table provide plenty of exercise. The carport for 2 cars is equipped with an electric charging station. The property is fenced and offers exercise for up to 2 dogs.
From the large terrace with its lounge furniture and loungers, you have a wonderful view over the lake. There is a sandy beach on a small part of the lakeshore.
The house is equipped with underfloor heating throughout. The floors are tiled, laminate or parquet. Carpeting has been consistently avoided.
The open-plan kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, tea maker), the living and dining room with piano and TV + DVD, and the ‘blue room’ (approx. 10 m²) with sofa bed and private bathroom (shower, WC) are located on the ground floor.
Above this is the ‘green room’ (approx. 16 square metres) with a view of the garden, additional sofa and TV. The ‘yellow room’ (approx. 17 square metres) and the bedroom (approx. 25 square metres) have a view of the lake. The dressing room with open wardrobe and small safe is part of the bedroom. The spacious bathroom has a shower cubicle and a bathtub with whirlpool function.
All bedrooms have a wardrobe and seating outside the double bed.
A grocery shop and a bus stop for journeys to Bremerhaven or Bad Bederkesa are within walking distance (5 minutes).
