A warm welcome to the “Lütten Koje”—your modern vacation rental in Tossens! Here, you’ll be staying on the first floor of the newly built KÜSTE33, in a central yet quiet location. The dike is just 300 m away, and the popular Friesenstrand beach is only 600 m away.

**Living & Relaxing**
The light-filled living area, with floor-to-ceiling windows and access to the furnished balcony, invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a cozy sleeper sofa (140x200 cm) for two additional guests, as well as a smart TV for relaxing evenings. The open-concept kitchen is modernly equipped—with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The large dining table offers plenty of space for shared meals and game nights.

**Sleeping**
Two bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds (180x200 cm) and smart TVs ensure restful nights. Pleated blackout shades create a pleasant sleeping environment.

**Wellness Bathroom with Sauna**
A highlight is the private sauna—for your personal time-out. The modern bathroom, featuring a floor-level shower and a spa-style showerhead, rounds out the comfort.

**Family-Friendly**
Whether it’s a high chair, travel crib, games, or books—families feel completely at home here. A handcart is available for outings, and with the PlayStation 4 and games, there’s never a dull moment, even when the weather’s bad.

**Bedding & Towels Optional**
Bedding and towels are not included. You can add them as an option during the booking process for your vacation or directly through the relevant service provider after booking.

The apartment has a washing machine that you can use free of charge. A lockable bike shed and a private parking space right next to the building are also available. Thanks to the elevator and key safe for contactless check-in, your arrival will be especially convenient.

The “Lütte Koje” is located in the NordseeResort Tossens—perfect for beach lovers and active vacationers. Walks along the dike, bike rides through nature, or a visit to Aqua Mundo at Center Parcs Butjadinger Küste will make your vacation full of variety. Restaurants, shopping, and the Friesenstrand beach are all within walking distance.
