ABOUT THIS SPACE
Enjoy your escape from the routine in our new Mykonos-style studio, featuring a lovely small garden right next to a large pool and a sandy beach offering the most stunning Cyprus sunsets!
You enter the studio through a separate entrance beside your private garden (with a sitting area and BBQ). The studio includes a queen-size bed, a cozy sofa or third bed, a private bathroom, and a small kitchen & dining area. Shops and restaurants are just a few steps away. The harbor, mall, nightlife, and more beaches are 10 minutes by bus.

THE SPACE
Holidays as they should be: Welcome to our brand-new luxury studio for 2-3 people, with a lovely small garden where Mykonos meets Cyprus! Enjoy waking up to the sound of the sea every morning. Centrally located, the studio is just a short walk from our private shared swimming pool and a sandy and pebble beach, perfect for safe swimming and snorkeling, with a lovely beach tavern.

You enter the studio through a separate private entrance beside your private garden, which has a sitting area and BBQ facilities. The studio offers a queen-size bed with linens, a sofa/third bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining area, and a modern en-suite private bathroom with towels and beach towels.
The modern furniture and luxurious details in the studio will provide you with a wonderful escape from everyday life. Enjoy a relaxing stay and the most spectacular sunsets you’ve ever seen!
After sunset, our hand-picked lights and candles create a romantic atmosphere. If a beach party isn’t your plan, enjoy your personal home cinema experience in the studio.

The neighboring hotel has a small water park, and just a minute’s walk away, you can play golf or mini-golf. A supermarket, medical stores, pharmacy, and numerous restaurants are just around the corner. There's also a beautiful 16 km (10 miles) pedestrian waterfront path in front of the house, perfect for joggers and walkers. This path leads to other beautiful beaches, beach bars, playgrounds for kids, great restaurants by the beach with stunning views, beach volleyball courts, and public exercise machines—all just minutes from your home.
You can park your car parallel to the village, right between the neighboring hotel and the village. But here, it’s easy to enjoy car-free holidays, as the bus takes you within minutes to several other sandy or pebble beaches like Sea You Beach or Coral Bay, as well as the charming historical center and harbor of Paphos, with numerous fish restaurants, the Paphos Mall, and archaeological sites. We can also arrange excellent diving centers offering full PADI courses during your stay, including stunning diving expeditions at the sea caves, night dives, or wreck diving—one of the top 10 places in the world.

You can reach your studio from Paphos airport within 30 minutes.
The property is licensed by the Cyprus Tourism Organization.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire studio is yours, including the terrace and garden, as well as access to the pool.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
* Please note that only the number of guests specified on the booking form may stay at the studio.
* The studio has a strict quiet time after 10:00 pm.
* Our AC units are brand new, and if needed, we can set up any scheduling or automation remotely upon your request. Please keep them off when no one is in the room or if a door/window is open. (For environmental reasons, we offer guests 10 kWh per day for free; any usage above this will be charged at 0.40 EUR/kWh).
In addition, or as an alternative to the AC, we have the most sustainable and efficient fans in the world (Aerotron).
* Water heating is automated for maximum efficiency, combined with our solar panels.
* Right after booking, you will receive our online guest guide, which provides all the information you need for an amazing stay – it’s accessible on your phone, tablet, or laptop.
* If you need a cot or high chair, feel free to contact us!
* Please note one special aspect regarding community pool usage: Recently, Cyprus pools must have a lifeguard, but the community has yet to reach a decision on this. The majority of guests still prefer the nearby sea & beach, so the pool is used rarely by a few people. As a result, a lifeguard is available irregularly and for limited periods. However, rest assured, the water is regularly tested for quality, meets all chemical standards, and is fully suitable for swimming. Guests swimming in the pool accept full responsibility for any incidents, and parents are responsible for their children. Most insurance policies do not cover incidents when a lifeguard is not on duty.
