Bien cuidado, limpio, recientemente remodelado, totalmente amueblado, 2 dormitorios condominio, de un garaje para 2 coches. El piso del garaje ha sido recubierto con epoxi recientemente. Situado en el sur de Tempe, lejos del corredor de ASU. Cerca de la montaña del sur, canales, Ken MacDonald Golf Course, Kiwanis Park (tenis, voleibol, y un gran lago) y un montón de restaurantes. Perfecto para escapadas tranquilas. También tiene una barbacoa, mesa de patio / sillas para 6, Internet inalámbrico, TV por cable y soporte para iPod. Las zonas comunes incluyen una piscina climatizada y jacuzzi; abierto todo el año.

Very nice condo

This property is in excellent condition and is spacious. The host/owner was very easy to work with. We thought the pool was to be heated but it was not. One of the hot tubs was cold but the other okay. The condo is close to all resources you would want or need. The wifi/internet connection worked well. There are no TVs in the bedrooms but that is not a need for us.

Clean, comfortable Tempe home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Mike was a great host. He was very communicative and made sure everything was prepared for our arrival. The place was clean and well kept. There was an ample supply of dishes for what we needed and there were even extra towels to take to the pool. We couldn't have asked for a more accommodating host. Will definitely look to stay here again if we're in the area.

Will definitely be our first choice every time in Arizona!

This place was exactly what we needed and more, I just wish we had more time to but relax in it. It's a perfect location in the center of everything and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Mike was super friendly and there is someone nearby if we ever needed anything more than what was provided. Beds were comfy and the house was really clean. It will definitely be our first choice when looking for a place to stay on our next trip to Arizona!

Loved the Condo

Loved loved loved the Condo... Mike was GREAT to work with. We just wish the out door living space had been cleaned up so we could of used that area too. I know that this area had had some unusual weather right before we arrived, so maybe that is why it had not been cleaned up. Otherwise, everything was great and we would rent again from Mike. Condo needs a good cleaning

While the location is good, this condo is far from immaculate. The master bathroom shower was dirty (soap scum and hair); the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was filthy; dishes, pots, and utensils in the cupboard and drawers were dirty; the refrigerator needs to be cleaned. I communicated my concerns to the owner and requested that the “cleaning fee” be refunded. He continues to delay replying to this request (“needs to follow through.”) We left this condo in cleaner condition than what we found. I am very disappointed with this owner’s handling of our concerns.

All you could ask for and More!

What a great vacation!! Everything we needed was near by, easy access to highway and friendly neighborhood. We used the community pools, walking trails, nearby grocery stores, golf courses and city parks. Mike was very prompt and helpful with any questions. Townhouse was as pictured; updated, clean and completely furnished for our stay. South Tempe area is a great spot to drop anchor....

Welcoming, convenient, comfortable accomodations.

We came up for IMAZ 2016. Propety is a conveniently locsted to restaurants, grocery stores and swimmimg pools. A bit of a drive to race site but easy routes to get there. Mike's property has a lot to offer. I was sent all sorts of information on bike & run routes, locations of grocery and bike stores. Mike helped to make our trip enjoyable and stress free. I highly recommend this property.

Very clean, well-equipped, close to shopping

Everything was great for us at this condo. It is close to gas stations, Tempe attractions, has everything you need, and is not too far from freeway. There were only a few minor things: the coffee pot was extremely slow and the coffee did not taste good. We were going to try and clean it out but there was no vinegar. The garage door remote did not seem to work from the car or outside, maybe it needed a new battery (although i remember seeing a green light). Lawn mowing and weed eaters woke us up quite early (6ish) on Friday. Despite this I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We spent a week at this Tempe condo. We found it to be a great central Valley location. Extremely clean. We will stay here next time we visit the Valley. I would highly recommend this location. Super owner.

Just Like Home

We recently stayed at this condo for Ironman Arizona. The condo is perfect. Recently upgraded, spacious and comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need. We are from San Diego, so we think of condos as all being part of a larger building. This is more of a duplex. It's quite spacious, has a garage, a nice patio area and only shares a wall with one other "unit". There is a Wholefoods and other grocery stores near by. Tempe Beach Park and the University area are about five miles away. Mike was fantastic from the moment I inquired about the condo. He is very responsive and truly wants to make sure you have a nice stay. This will definitely be our go-to spot for future trips to Tempe.

Excellent Getaway in Tempe

I really enjoyed my stay. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood with excellent amenities. Used the pools and hot tubs on almost a daily basis. Very close to lots of shopping and entertainment options. My girls loved it!!

Midwesterner's dream vacation

This condo is excellent, ultra clean, quiet and luxurious; it met our every need. We watched netflix movies 'at home', saw live theater in Scottsdale, ate out, played golf, and went to a spring training game. All you need bring is your clothes for a first rate experience.

I lived in Tempe for 40 years and enjoyed everything about the City. I have three other rentals on VRBO (265534, 600955, and 488486) and have had great success finding excellent tenants that really take care of my properties. This particular condo is mainly used as our vacation home.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

The condo is nicely located South of town. An easy drive gets you up to the active life around the ASU campus. A few miles to the West are the trails of the largest City park in the US, South Mountain Park. The canal system is great for walking, riding mountain bikes (I have both road and mountain bikes at the condo), or running. Entrance to the canal is 300 yards from the front door.
