We warmly welcome you to our renovated former farmhouse on the outskirts of Fischbachau.

Just a few minutes from the town center, you can step right out your front door onto the premium hiking trail, enjoy the day at the heated outdoor pool, or set out on extended bike rides and mountain hikes.

During both the summer and winter months, the hiking and skiing areas of Spitzingsee and Sudelfeld are conveniently accessible in about 15 minutes.

Year-round, you have access to our small shared balcony with a direct view of the Breitenstein, as well as our newly designed outdoor area with a cozy seating area in the garden in front of the house.

Modern, newly renovated, and bright vacation apartment on the 1st floor with a beautiful view of the Breitenstein and Schwarzenberg.

Our vacation apartment (45 square meters) consists of a living and dining area, a separate bedroom, and a bathroom.
Ideal for a couple or with a small child (up to 3 years old)


The living/dining area features a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator
(with freezer compartment), oven/stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, and a bar counter.

The living/dining area also features a cozy pull-out couch (which can also be used as a sleeper), a solid, height-adjustable coffee/dining table, and a large flat-screen TV for relaxing in the evenings.

The bedroom is equipped with a large double bed, a wardrobe, and storage space.

If needed, there is also enough space here for a travel crib (please bring your own).

The bathroom features a spacious shower and a large towel warmer.
