Esta casa dispone de 4 habitaciones (3 Queens y 2 camas individuales), baño completo arriba y un baño 3/4 en el nivel inferior. El salón está abierto a la sala de comedor y cocina para el entretenimiento fácil. Desde allí se puede salir a la terraza a las fantásticas vistas y la vida silvestre. El nivel inferior acaba de ser remodelado con todas las nuevas alfombras, pintura y cuarto de baño nuevo. Cuenta con una gran sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana con canales vía satélite y reproductor de DVD. La lavadora y la secadora también se encuentran en el nivel inferior. Wi-Fi disponible. Un montón de espacio al aire libre para explorar y disfrutar del entorno tranquilo. Esta propiedad se encuentra cerca de Parque Nacional de las Montañas Rocosas y la facilidad de YMCA y sus muchas actividades. La ciudad de Estes Park también ofrece muchas actividades y festivales.

Wow! We absolutely loved our stay at the cabin. It was very well stocked and very comfy. Like being at home. The views were outstanding and the wildlife was abundant. We are so thankful for this time as a family and would definitely come back here again. Steve was so accommodating and was quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend this beautiful getaway cabin.

We had a wonderful stay and this property did not disappoint! We saw mule deer and a big bull elk from the deck! Had everything we needed! Steve was very attentive and accommodating when we had a special circumstance and request. When it is time to return to Estes Park, we will definitely check to see if this house if available!

Amazing home with amazing everything

This home exceeded all my family's expectations and needs. We loved the space it offered us for being together and the amazing views at all turns. While we did enjoy the surrounding attractions we were more than content to relax in this home's space as well! The home accomodated all our age group needs. From 13 ys old to 84 yrs old! There was plenty of bath towels and we appreciated the quality cookware in prepping meals. We spent a great deal of time enjoying the wrap around deck as well and saw wildlife daily! We made great memories here and hope to return!

Sweet piece of paradise on YMCA of the Rockies

Cabin accommodated my family and parents. Great location in proximity to everything in the YMCA. Lots of great parks nearby. Saw beautiful wildlife outside the windows everyday. A cabin we will visit and make more memories in.

Amazing cabin in a spectacular location

We stayed with our 3 kids (ages 3-10) and my wife's parents. Everyone had something to do, there was plenty of seating inside and outside (including an 8-person dining table) and there's a very cute tree swing just in back that the kids loved. The view from the porch is incredible, and the location is peaceful. We saw deer and hummingbirds every day, and we were able to walk to all of the YMCA facilities and several trailheads. Overall an exceptional property and a great stay.

Perfect for our family!

We had a school event at the YMCA for our teens. This property was perfect for us! Our teens could walk back and forth from the house to the Y, and they had the downstairs for sleeping, movies, etc. We had morning coffee on the deck with the hummingbirds, deer and elk. The property was a beautiful backdrop to family pictures. We have already booked again for our trip next year.

Quiet Mountain Cabin

We absolutely loved the cabin. We saw elk on the property and heard them in the mornings. Thoroughly loved the wrap around porch and spaciousness of the all the rooms. Very well equipped with all the necessary amenities, plus extra. Very easy and quick communication with the host. Appreciated all the insider information about the local area and hiking trails. Would definitely book this cabin again when we come back to the area.

A piece of heaven

My siblings and I took are dad on a bucket list and were lucky to find this beautiful property. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We spent most evenings on the wrap around porch enjoying the amazing scenery. We especially loved the nightly visits from a doe and her 3 little fawns. The house is conveniently located to town but has the remote feel.

Amazing Location and Outstanding Host

This cabin feels like home. An AWESOME home. The setting is as private and scenic as it gets, yet the proximity to Estes Park, the National Park, and the YMCA facilities offer countless options right around the bend. There are trails leading directly into the park from the property boundary. The wildlife that visits is the icing on the cake. The host is quick to respond and very thoughtful. I'd recommend an AWD or 4x4 in winter. Stay here. Seriously. You'll thank me later. Scott

Lovely cozy cabin right outside RMNP

We wanted to find a place close to the Rocky Mountain National Park but with some privacy and space. This checked the box perfectly. The cabin is definitely rustic, but honestly it just adds to the charm of the property. We loved cooking together and making meals, playing board games around the large dining table, and relaxing on the deck watching wildlife. We had a family of wild turkeys come through, lots of deer, and plenty of bird friends to keep us company. The property was super clean and all the bedding comfortable. With Starlink on site we had full phone use and WiFi, I was able to work and take some conference calls. The tv downstairs has the streaming services available but we just used the attached VHS/DVD player and watched old movies. Our teenagers had a blast with that. The host was incredible and you can tell he takes pride in the property. All in all an amazing stay.

Another near-perfect stay!

This was our third stay at this property, and each year is better than the last! After an initial hiccup with check-in, which was quickly addressed and corrected by the owner, our stay was nearly perfect! On our first morning, we did find one stovetop pan in the cupboard that looked like it hadn’t been washed and was crusted with dried scrambled-egg residue. It’s always disappointing when previous vacationers leave things like that for the next guests… and apparently it slipped by the housekeeper unnoticed, too. The owner asks guests to wash AND put away all dishes prior to check-out (10am), and perhaps this leads to some guests taking shortcuts in order to check-out on time. Maybe asking guests to simply load and start the dishwasher without the requirement of also waiting for the load to finish and then put all the dishes away would avoid this in the future? Also, a lot of the dishes are chipped or cracked, and most of the kitchen/baking ware has seen better days, so we bring a lot of our own things. On to the positives - the ceiling fan in the main bedroom was a welcome addition this year, along with the new bed frame, and the views and privacy at this location just can’t be beat! If you’re looking for an updated and modern home with granite countertops and new/fancy appliances… this isn’t the location for you. If, however, you are looking for a beautiful, lived-in, comfortable location to enjoy privacy and nature that is a short drive to everything, this is your place!

Our Family vacationed every year in Estes Park, staying at the YMCA of the Rockies. My Grandmother talked of going up the mountain in a Model T. Dad stumbled upon this property while exploring the area. Originally, the intention was to buy 7.5 acres, but a survey revealed that the cabin was set over the property line, thus purchased 11 more acres of the 18 acres the property currently rests on. The well water comes from a mountain spring that provides pure, delicious drinking.

As a place for families to gather, this place has special meaning to many of those who have stayed here. Wildlife abounds as they move up and down the nearby Wind River. Here Aspen, Spruce, Ponderosa, Lodgepole pines and fauna change with the seasons, never looking quite like the same space each time you visit. Hike up the river to hidden mountain meadows, serene lakes and breathtaking views starting from the doorstep. Hike into RMNP, avoiding the snarl of car traffic, hop on the Parks shuttle bus and effortlessly explore hop on the Bear Lake or Moraine Park Routes.

You will feel as though you are in a secluded cabin, a million miles from anywhere and yet have downtown Estes Park a mere 5 mile drive. Step out the door and your on a trail into RMNP or along Wind Rivers Beaver Trail. This is set in and among natures finest with fresh, clean air and water as natural as Nature intended.
