Vacation apartment 1 - Old schoolhouse

Vacation Apartment 1, which is approximately 32 m² in size, is located in the single-story annex next to the Old Schoolhouse. It is a one-room apartment with a view of the garden and a large, bright skylight. Entertainment options include a flat-screen satellite TV (42 inches) and a radio with a CD player. The comfortable box-spring beds with adjustable headboards (each 90 x 200) can also be placed separately if needed. The kitchenette, equipped with a stove, ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc., is fully stocked with dishes. It’s just a few steps to a small courtyard with seating, umbrellas, and a charcoal grill.



Our vacation apartments in the old schoolhouse dating from 1834 are ideally located right in the center of Bad Schwartau.
Shopping, restaurants, the Holstein-Therme, the spa park, a forest with hiking trails, a bus stop, and the train station are all nearby. Use of the laundry room, which includes a washing machine, dryer, and iron, is available for a fee (via a coin-operated machine). A separate, lockable bicycle storage room (with a power outlet) is available. Parking spaces are also available.

The entrance to the accommodations are not step-free; there is no elevator, but it is possible to pull up in front of the property; the sink is not wheelchair-accessible; there is no shower chair; and there are no grab bars in the bathroom.
