In the summer, you can take a quick dip in the water at the beach even before breakfast. In the winter, you can enjoy the view of the open, rough sea while sitting by your open fireplace.

On the horizon, large freighters sail toward Kiel’s inner fjord and on to the Kiel Canal. When the onshore wind blows, you’ll see kitesurfers right in front of your house attempting the most daring jumps. Welcome!

The Baltic Sea Beach Villa is divided into two spacious vacation apartments, complemented by a converted attic for group vacations. Furnished with care in a Nordic country house style, the upstairs apartment features a spacious living room with a view of the Baltic Sea and a massive fireplace, which flows into the dining area with an open-concept kitchen. The balcony facing the sea is accessible from the living room. A rear balcony also allows you to enjoy the evening sun or shelter from the wind. In addition to a marble bathroom and a double-bed bedroom, your vacation apartment features a double-bed sofa bed in the living room.
