Vacation apartment with bookable wellness area

Welcome home! Enjoy a modern vacation apartment with air-conditioned rooms on the edge of the Bavarian Forest National Park. We’ve furnished our rooms for you in a modern yet timeless style. In addition to a living room, you’ll also find a beautifully designed kitchen-dining area. Two of the rooms in the apartment also feature a sink. One of these rooms has a double bed, while the third has a large bunk bed. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and a mirror. This means we can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room features a spacious couch and a large TV with WAIPU TV. There is also a state-of-the-art bathroom with a shower, toilet, urinal, and sink. You’re welcome to book our wellness area for your private use right here on-site. A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon arrival. Payment options: cash; EC; credit cards. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available by arrangement. Check-out is between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. Other check-out times are possible upon request. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. The visitor’s tax is charged on-site per person/night at the current rate set by the municipality of Schönberg. This does not apply to tradespeople. You are welcome to book our wellness area for private use for a minimum of 2 hours and a minimum of two people. This area includes a seawater pool (10 m x 4 m x 1.5 m), a Finnish sauna, a steam room, and a seawater whirlpool. The fees for two people are as follows, and are charged accordingly for each additional guest: Swimming pool only (without the changing rooms) for two people, 2 hours: 40.00 EUR Swimming pool with either the sauna or the steam room for two people, 2 hours: 90.00 EUR Swimming pool with both the sauna and the steam room for two people, 2 hours: 140.00 EUR.
