Vista al Mar San Clemente Beach House

Bienvenido a esta casa de la playa española preciosa, con impresionantes vistas al mar, ubicado a sólo una cuadra del muelle y dos cuadras del centro histórico de San Clemente. Esta casa de estilo español fue completamente renovado y se siente como si estuviera en un complejo con todas sus comodidades, (Las imágenes hablan por sí mismos). Esta casa está equipada con todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones perfectas, simplemente deshacer su equipaje y disfrutar. No olvide el traje de baño, como debe ser.

Las aguarda playa, hermosas puestas de sol, gran surf, paseo en rastro de la playa, visita las tiendas del centro, a pie hasta el muelle o restaurantes finos centros de la ciudad, ir cata de vinos, disfrutar de una obra en el Cabrillo Playhouse locales, ir de compras de antigüedades, todo sólo a pocas cuadras de distancia, o simplemente disfrute del ambiente informal y relajado de San Clemente.

Esta casa ofrece una vista del océano cubierta con mesa de comedor a o simplemente salir, disfrutar de las vistas o tomar el sol. También hay varias otras áreas al aire libre de comedor para disfrutar. Los huéspedes pueden cenar en frente de la chimenea al aire libre en el patio trasero o simplemente disfrutar de un poco de vino o tienen su taza de café en el patio delantero, todos ofrecen la serenidad, la brisa del mar o vistas.

Una vez que el sol se pone disfrutar de la chimenea interior o exterior para una noche romántica o simplemente jugar a las cartas y juegos en la mesa de comedor que puede acomodar a todos. Hay dos televisores de pantalla plana para disfrutar de películas. Cada habitación tiene un ventilador de techo, pero rara vez son necesarios como las temperaturas medias del verano son alrededor de 79 grados.

Cozy Beach House

I came with my husband and two teen girls to enjoy San Clemente and time at the beach. The small home, though older, is clean, warm and cozy with tasteful beach decor and comfortable furnishings. It was a perfect getaway. We could walk to the beach trail and San Clemente Pier from the home in under 10 min and loved watching the surfers and hearing the waves crash on the shore. The home is well appointed with everything one could need for cooking at home and enjoying the beach. We will definitely be back.

Beach Bungalow in San Clemente

Overall, we really liked Casa Elena. The house is on a very quiet street and you can easily walk to the beach. It is walkable to the downtown area, but it is a bit farther. The house is very cute and appointed with numerous amenities. One suggestion, if possible, would be to update the outdoor furniture, which is somewhat dated and in need of some "freshening up." Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Elena. One last suggestion: on hot days the house could use a fan, as the kitchen has ceiling windows that do not block out the sun.

Beautiful home and walking distance to the beach/pier :)

Our stay to visit our Marine was fabulous. Plenty of room for us. Plenty of space for us all to have our own are if needed. The view from the roof top was awesome for my morning coffee. Kitchen had everything we needed. We were there 5 days. Cooked breakfast. Cooked Dinner 2 nights and ate out a few times. The owener even let us check in a bit early ( thank you so much ) He was also easy to get a hold of and returned my questions in a timely manner. The only issue we had coming into the neighborhood was that the ONE way road this home is on was closed , so had to enter the wrong way due to plumbing issues/trucks that were taking place across the street . Just bad timing and couldn't be helped. My minivan was about the length of the driveway so if you have a longer vehicle you will have to park on the street. We had 2 cars , sometimes 3 just depending on the day. I walked to the beach / pier every day ! it was great ! Id definatly stay again.

San Clemente Vacation

Excellent location, close to the San Clemente pier. Ok street. Exceptionally cute, charming home. But, it smells musty unless all the windows and doors are open. It could have used a thorough deep clean, but all surface areas and the bathroom were clean enough to use. There was an ant problem that the owner took care of immediately.

Quaint Beach Cottage with Ocean Views

Max is an excellent host and his home was perfect for our family trip. The home exceeded our expectations as fast as location, general accommodations and cleanliness. You can walk to the beach or the restaurants and shops on the Del Mar strip within 10-15 minutes (albeit with hills which is unavoidable in San Clemente). The rooftop deck offers terrific views of the ocean and San Clemente pier. The outdoor area is small but well appointed with lots of seating area, BBQ, and firepit. The yard is beautifully landscaped with wisteria blooming during our early April visit. All of the conveniences of home are offered. We would stay at Casa Elena again.

Cute house located 3 minutes from the pier -beach walking trail and 10 minutes to great shops and restaurants . House had some issues (oven didn’t not work) but owner did come by and try to fix but couldn’t. House needs some attention but it’s got a lot going for it.

Charming Beach House/Perfect Location

What a great place for a family vacation in San Clemente! Casa Elena was perfect for our family of 5 (it feels like home, feels bigger than it actually is, and it's a perfect location:)...and we can't wait to come back. Morning walks to coffee at the pier, 1 minute drive (or 5 min walk) to T Street beach for most days, short walk or drive downtown for everything else you need. All the amenities you need, and more! God bless this charming beach house!

The property was exactly as described, and you can tell the owner takes pride in offering people a great experience. The house has brilliant character and decor, and we had a fantastic time. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to go back!

Wish we had more time

This home is absolutely lovely. My son and I were visiting San Clemente for a godchild's graduation and it was perfect. We loved the fact that we didn't have to fight for a parking space because we had off-street parking, unlike most other friends who were staying in San Clemente for the graduation. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. The roof top deck is heaven and the neighborhood was lovely and really quiet. The nearby beach, the restaurants and downtown shopping were so convenient. Now I know exactly where to stay when my husband and I visit San Clemente next spring.

Great location/charming house

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay. The house is very charming and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. The rooftop deck was a great place to enjoy the sunsets. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent Beach Retreat

Recently stayed here for a week with my family of 4. This was for a surf vacation and it worked out great. The house is walking distance to the pier/beach and a slightly longer walk to the main retail strip for dinner. We primarily were surfing San-O, but my son walked for a couple afternoon sessions to the pier. While only 2BR/1Ba, the house feels much larger. It had 4 different dining areas (front yard, back yard, kitchen/dining room, and roof top deck). Dinner/sunset and view of the water were fantastic! The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen tools/utensils and had everything we needed. If we return to San Clemente, I would rent this house again.

Great stay at Casa Elena

Great house in an excellent location. The house is clean, well-maintained and our family had plenty of space to spread out both inside and outside. The house is located on a quiet street which is very pleasant. Stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. Beach chairs/boogie boards and umbrellas were provided and the beach is a short walk from the house. Relaxing on the roof watching the beautiful sunset was a highlight. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well equipped. Beach trails fun for daily walks or bike rides. Downtown shopping and restaurants are a short walk or drive away. This was our third summer vacation at Casa Elena. Wonderful place to relax. Excellent customer service from the owner and the entire process was simple and efficient. We are recommending the house to some friends looking for a place to stay later this year.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Casa Elena is a nice home away from home in San Clemente. We have stayed for a week the last 2 years. The location is great for beach access, walking, dining, train to San Diego, shopping, etc. The property has ample room for entertaining family or friends with a great rooftop view of the sunset. It also has off street parking which is a plus. The owner is great to work with.

Wonderful stay at Casa Elena

We highly recommend a stay at Casa Elena. We had such a good time last year we came back again this summer. The house is clean, well kept and very comfortable. The beach chairs and boogie boards were great. The beach is a short walk as is downtown. Lots of excellent restaurants nearby and fun spots for a night out. The location is perfect. The rooftop deck is amazing with a beautiful view. It was our favorite spot to spend time and one of the main reasons why we will come back. The rental process was very efficient and simple.

Comfort and Character in San Clemente!

Our week at Casa Elena was one of our most memorable family vacations! The home exemplifies the Spanish character of this wonderful Oceanside village! All the amenities of home and a short walk to the beach. We especially loved the rooftop terrace with expansive ocean views and the outdoor fireplace in the backyard. Cozy and adorable!

This place was perfect for my family of 4. With so much to do in the area, we were in and out frequently; but with the 2 large beds and pullout sofa, it was perfect to come home to each night. The view from the roof is spectacular in the morning while having a cup of coffee. We were a little sad the hot tub was off limits, but with the ocean just a 5 minutes walk away, that it didn't matter. I wouldn't recommend this house for small children with all the potential breakables, but for kids 10+ they have a blast! Thanks for letting us borrow you awesome beach house! :)

Absolutely Lovely!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation to San Clemente: beautiful little beach house, walking distance to the ocean, pier, and downtown, lovely roof-top dining, and much more. The house was clean and comfortable for our family of four and the kitchen is adequately equipped, so we could cook and enjoy our meals from the roof-top view. We will definitely come again and would recommend it for anyone we know traveling to the area. Thank you so much for a wonderful visit! What a lovely life we lived for our week in San Clemente!

Charming beach cottage!

We have enjoyed a spring vacation at this charming historic beach bungalow in a quiet neighborhood just up from the beach! The beautiful outdoor spaces and gardens as well as the updated interior provided a very enjoyable stay within walking distance to downtown. We hope to return again soon!
