The “Seepferdchen” apartment is one of the most beautiful apartments on the mezzanine level of the “Dünenblick” villa, located right on the beach promenade. It captivates with its unique charm, featuring high ceilings, tasteful furnishings, and a fantastic ocean view. Through the large picture window with a cozy sitting area and dining area, you can enjoy a direct view of the water—whether you’re having breakfast or relaxing with a book in the afternoon.

The apartment on the bel étage features a small kitchenette, ideal for preparing light meals. The balcony facing the land invites you to take a moment to relax—the perfect spot to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air in the afternoon sun. The separate sleeping area is lovingly designed and creates a cozy atmosphere that ensures a restful stay. The bathroom is equipped with a nice sink area and a shower.
The standard occupancy for the apartment is two people. If you’re traveling with children, the sleeper sofa in the front area can be set up.

Whether for a short getaway or a longer vacation—the “Seepferdchen” apartment is the ideal retreat. It features plenty of natural light, a stunning view, and the charming ambiance of a historic home.
For even more comfort when traveling with several people, we recommend booking the double room across the hall as well.

All guests at Villa Dünenblick also have access to a spacious sun terrace and cozy beach chairs right by the house—ideal for relaxing moments, whether in the morning with a cup of coffee or at sunset in the evening.
Amenities include made-up beds, towels, and final cleaning. Breakfast and hotel service are not included. However, free Wi-Fi and a private parking space per unit are available.

You’ll stay either in the “Dünenblick” villa, which features apartments with ocean views as well as double rooms with a shared kitchen, or in the Beachhouse, the charming annex with two additional apartments.

Amenities include final cleaning, made-up beds, and towels. Guests have access to a spacious shared sun terrace, free Wi-Fi, and one parking space per accommodation.
