Anchorage vacation apartment - modern, close to the beach and quiet

A vacation by the sea—look forward to our newly renovated apartment with its own sunny balcony and access to the garden.

Just 650 meters to the beach—who wouldn’t want to head straight there? Our 65-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor and features a beautiful living area with a sofa set and a dining table for four people. Direct access to the sunny balcony provides plenty of light and a magnificent view all the way to the sea.
The modern, new kitchen is fully equipped. The large refrigerator offers plenty of space so you can feel completely at home. High-quality pots, dishes, and silverware leave nothing to be desired. An oven with a glass-ceramic cooktop helps you prepare whatever you’d like to cook. A microwave and a filter coffee maker are also included.
The master bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed (180x200 cm), which will ensure you enjoy a peaceful and restful sleep during your stay. The children’s bedroom features a bunk bed (90x200 cm), creating a private space for sweet dreams after a day at the beach. If you need a travel crib and a high chair, you can add these directly to your booking.
The bathroom is equipped with a floor-to-ceiling shower and a window that lets in natural light.
All windows can be darkened with exterior blinds. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house free of charge, and with our Bluetooth speakers, you can always play your favorite music from your playlist.
An outdoor parking space and a secure area to store your bicycles are reserved for you right next to the house.
Please note that our vacation rental is a non-smoking property. Pets are not permitted. The apartment is suitable for people with allergies.

We provide our guests with a complimentary basic supply of household items.
This includes: one roll of kitchen paper, two rolls of toilet paper, a small bottle of dish soap, a trash bag, a dish sponge, a dish towel, hand soap, two dish towels, and 3 dishwasher tablets (if the accommodations are equipped with a dishwasher).

Please note that laundry packages are not included, but they can be booked as an optional extra.

The house has an additional 24-square-meter double room with a smart TV, a table, two chairs, and a closet, but no bathroom. Guests must share the bathroom in the main apartment. Two modern upholstered beds (90x200 cm) with Geltex mattresses ensure a restful night’s sleep. The beds can also be pushed together. The additional room was renovated in June 2022 and is only rented in conjunction with the vacation apartment, subject to availability. Please feel free to contact us if needed.
