This lovingly furnished semi-detached home is located just about 250 meters from the beautiful Baltic Sea beach—in a quiet yet central location. A small playground awaits our younger guests right nearby. Shopping, restaurants, and galleries are all within easy walking distance. About the Semi-Detached House
On the first floor, you’ll find the inviting living room with a cozy sitting area. The dining area and the fully equipped built-in kitchen are seamlessly integrated. The wood-burning stove and the furnishings create a cozy atmosphere. A guest restroom and an utility room are also located on the first floor. From the living area, you can access the large south-facing terrace and a small west-facing terrace. A high-quality solid-wood staircase leads you to the upper floor. This floor features a large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a tandem bed—suitable for either one or two people—as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. In the attic, there is another small, private room with two single beds.

The outdoor area impresses with its beautiful natural grounds, the wraparound terrace featuring high-quality furniture and sun loungers, and views of the greenery. Here you can relax to your heart’s content when you’re not in the mood for the beach. A parking space is available for your use.
