Located in the heart of Born—in a vacation home complex—you’ll find this semi-detached house with a thatched roof, built in the traditional Darß style. Shopping and restaurants are just a few minutes’ walk away. The nearby bike paths invite you to take long rides through the picturesque Darß Forest, for example to the Weststrand or to the surrounding towns.

About the semi-detached house
The first floor features a living room with a cozy sitting area by the wood-burning stove. The kitchenette with an adjoining dining area is integrated directly into the living area, creating an open-concept living space. A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also located on the first floor. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The attic has been converted into an open sleeping loft and offers guests additional sleeping space with two single beds.

Outside, there is a stone terrace with furniture and a view of the greenery. Separated from the other half of the house by a privacy screen, you can enjoy your privacy here. A built-in grill in the garden is available for shared use. Two parking spaces are also available for your use.
