This comfortably furnished 2-room vacation apartment with a balcony is located on the 3rd floor of the Berolina apartment complex. With approximately 46 m² of space, this apartment offers ample room for up to 4 people.

The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed (2x 90x200 cm), a wardrobe, a corner sofa, and a TV, as well as a separate bedroom with two comfortable fold-out armchairs (140x200 cm) and another wardrobe. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, a small entryway with a coat rack, and the modern bathroom with a shower tastefully round out this apartment. Highlights include the unique designer lighting concept and the large flat-screen TV in the living area. You can relax and unwind at the end of the day on the covered, furnished balcony. Of course, the apartment features free Wi-Fi.

An underground parking space is reserved for you (max. 185 cm clearance height). Use of the indoor pool, the three communal rooftop terraces with views of the sea and the countryside, and the table tennis room is, of course, free of charge. You can store the bicycles you bring with you in one of the two basement storage rooms in Building An or in the bicycle storage room on the first floor between Buildings An and B. In Building D, there is a communal laundry room on each of floors 1–4, equipped with a washing machine and dryer (for a fee; coin-operated machines).
